This website, clickdigitalsource.com, is operated by Digital Source ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

2. Digital products

We sell digital products (PDF files, usually delivered as a ZIP). No physical product is shipped. After a successful payment you receive access to your files on the order confirmation page and by email.

3. License and permitted use

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print and use the files for personal and family use. You may print as many copies as you need for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload to other websites, or use the files for commercial purposes without our written permission. All content remains the property of Digital Source or its licensors.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once at checkout unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee on digital products unless a product page states otherwise.

6. Product information

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Images in ads and on product pages are illustrative examples of finished projects; results depend on the materials and printer you use. Craft activities involving scissors should be supervised by an adult when done by children.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Source is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
